A brilliant straw yellow colour with vivid green sparkles; this is typical of the Hondarrabi Zuri grape. Its natural carbon makes it a lively and expressive txakoli.
The wine opens with aromas of citrus and apple that make it fresh and vivacious. A very intense txakoli.
Its fresh, tiny bubbles allow the aromas and flavours to spread easily around the mouth. It has the typical acidity and light, bitter end phase of the Hondarrabi Zuri grape. The after taste lingers beautifully.
